How will my shipment be delivered?
Curbside Shipping
Curbside Shipping is when the product is shipped to the "curb". The delivery will be made with one driver and it is the customer's responsibility to bring the furniture inside the delivery address. Additional people may be required depending on the size of the order being delivered. The shipper’s obligation is to unload the shipment to the customer's curbside.

Threshold Delivery
With Threshold Delivery, the product is delivered inside the front door on the first floor, or to the nearest accessible dry area, such as a garage or porch.

Delivery with Set Up
Delivery with set-up means the items are brought inside and assembled in the room of your choice.  Please note the installation of shelving is the customer's responsibility, and will not be installed by the delivery company.  This service is an additional charge. Using your own Carrier
You can choose to use your own carrier. You will assume the full responsibility in arranging the shipment; Bill of Lading and payment to your carrier. eWay Furniture will not responsible for any damages that may occur when you use your own carrier.

Pick-up
Items can be picked up at our warehouse. Please call or email for details regarding pick-up.

Is there a warranty?
There is a one year manufacturers warranty on defects. The warranty will only apply to the original buyer at the original place of delivery. In the event of defective merchandise, eWay Furniture, at its option, reserves the right to choose to repair or replace in order to correct the defect. eWay Furniture will reserve the right to hire a furniture repair specialist to inspect and determine if the item(s) are to be repaired or replaced. eWay Furniture must receive written notice and if possible photographs of the defect within the one year period.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused from misuse or abuse
  • Items that are modified, altered or changed in any way
  • Discoloration from sunlight or other sources of light
  • Natural variations in marble, leather or wood products
  • Fading or Shrinking of fabric
  • Wear and tear

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
Most items we carry are typically in stock.  Delivery times vary depending on shipping type and location.  Some items will be delivered in 10 business days, while others may take up to 5-6 weeks if handled by a specialty furniture carrier. Please call us at 830-992-3900 or email gina@ewayfurniture.com. with the particular item you are interested in, and we would be happy to provide you with more specific shipping times.

Will I have to assemble my furniture?
Most furniture requires some assembly using everyday household tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
