We received the furniture this past Thursday. It certainly met and then exceeded our expectations! It was very well packed and we found no blemishes or problems of any kind. We've looked at alot of bedroom furniture over the past few months, and the quality vs. price of this set cannot be matched in my opinion. Hi Gina,
The console was delivered this afternoon and John is thrilled with it! He said it was even better than expected and that the delivery people could not have been nicer and were so helpful in the setting up of it. He did tell me that Carolyn had originally scheduled it for Monday OR Tuesday between 9 and 5, which he had agreed to, somewhat reluctantly I'm sure. Then you called and - suddenly - they were able to make the delivery today. Thank you so much for your intervention. Be assured that the guys who made the delivery were first class. John even mentioned that they were so careful about not damaging the hardwood floors and took the time to set it up correctly. So, we were very pleased.

I will leave you the most excellent feedback that space allows. I could write paragraphs about how helpful you have been through every stage of our transaction. I'll go out to see the console tomorrow.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all of your help. We absolutely love this furniture; it is the upgrade we were looking for. I cannot thank you enough for answering all of my questions either via email or by phone. You were always prompt to respond and I really appreciated all of the support. Last night we ran out after our call and purchased 2 box springs and brought them home so we could sleep in our new beautiful bed. We woke up in luxury!

We are very pleased with the leather sectional and the bedside table. The leather sectional is well-made and extremely comfortable. It's perfect for our media room. We are also very happy with the bedside table, which was exactly what we were looking for. My mission bed frame arrived today wrapped very nice to protect it. Went together with ease and is beautiful. The quality is tops as well, but having bought other pieces I knew what to expect there. For your future knowledge, the frame does and will fit around a mechanical bed, that is becoming more popular these days. I'm glad you set me up with the manufacturer so they could exclude some unneeded parts on the rails. Once again your help and customer service was outstanding.
